I use years of clinical education and experience to help you turn your potential into practice.
What to chase, and howConditional — on how you feel, or on what's expected of you. It lowers resistance, but only while the conditions hold.
The skill of mental resilience: acting despite short-term shifts in motivation or circumstance. It overcomes resistance.
Values and goals fully congruent — a place with no internal resistance at all. Wei wu wei: effortless action.
A battery of reflective assessments will identify what methodologies and tactics work best for you. We will create an individualized coaching plan based on your skill sets, disposition, and real-world constraints.
Our ongoing weekly one-on-one sessions will illuminate new perspectives — and the patterns quietly running underneath them. We will use values alignment techniques to determine what goals are worth chasing and how to achieve them. Narrative pattern recognition allows us to discover what has been holding you back.
External accountability without guardrails simply cements dependency. We think bigger picture. Our meta-goal is building capacity. Methodical scaffolding will ensure you develop the internal skills to continue this journey on your own. You will gain clarity of vision, momentum of action, and an unshakable internal discipline that will spread throughout your life.
We achieve this through scaffolded accountability and habit formation. Initially we videoconference weekly and engage via daily digital check-ins and periodic reflective assignments. Then, over time, as you progress — we meet less, check in less, until we find the minimum contact necessary that keeps you at your best.
This is coaching: for direction, drive, and follow-through. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment for any mental-health condition, and it doesn't replace clinical care. If what you're carrying needs that, the honest move is to say so and point you to it.
Before any conversation, a short assessment maps your current sources of motivation and readiness to change. It's mostly open questions — the useful signal lives in how you answer, not which box you tick.
More notes as they're written. This is the container — the writing fills it.
